Nights Rest

Sayla slept thru the night last night!! I woke up at 6:30am and couldnt believe that she was still asleep! right when i woke up i was in shock i almost ran to her room to make sure she was still breathing becasue i couldnt believe she slepts from 11 to 6:30 it was amazing! i havnt had that much sleep in a row for so long i forgot what it had felt like. so i hope that tonight she repeats what she did yesterday, cross my fingers! :)

so last saturday we got to go the Real Soccer game and they were playing David Beckham!!! Me and lacey just about died when we saw him!! we sat about 3 rows from his first goal and were so close to him! he gave us a smile when we were yelling for him! the poor boys didnt like it that much us girls drooling over him but you know they were secretly excited to see him to. here are some pics of the game! Then we have also had the NBA playoffs going on so pretty much every day and night we have on a game on one of our tvs. Here is a pic at playoff game at the ES arena GO JAZZ!!!!!

Sayla's Baby Blessing

This past sunday ryan gave sayla her baby blessing. It was so special to hear and see all of the people in her life that love and care for her. It was a great experience as a mother to see my husband give our daughter a blessing. Sayla wore my baby blessing dress from 20 years ago when i was blessed by my dad, thanks to my mom who kept the dress in great shape sayla was able to wear it for her blessing also. On the inside of the dress and the blanket that went with the blessing gown was hand stiched my middle name "Solana" which is also Saylas middle name, it was a great little suprise when we saw that on the dress, it worked out perfect for her to be blessed in it also. We went up to the Schwarz's after for lunch we had lots of yummy foods and adorable cupcakes from grandma blomquist.
